Calf for Kids was founded in 2005 after a family from the County of Lethbridge was left without a father.

In keeping with our proud western heritage, farmers and ranchers in our local area started this charity by auctioning a calf. With all proceeds going towards funding a bursary for tuition and the needed supplies, for children in southern Alberta who have lost a parent. This has given the bereaving family one less thing to worry about and gives hope for the future.

Annual auction This year we want to continue making a difference and in order to achieve this we need your help. We would like humbly to ask for your assistance in achieving this goal by becoming a contributor  in our annual auction. We would like to ask if you would be willing to donate a product or service that we could auction off at our annual auction. This is our main source of income and your donation of a product or service would be greatly appreciated!

You attendance and participation will be greatly appreciated at the auction on Dec 19^th 2009 at the Picture Butte Auction market 1:00p.m. Thank-you.
